Our Policy:

RVAC serves as the animal control location for dogs and cats in Harlan, Furnas and Franklin counties. We only accept strays brought in by local law enforcement officers or authorized government employees.


Pets available for adoption will need to be current on vaccinations and will be spayed or neutered before being adopted. These services will be discounted and done at the new owner's expense.
